Aleeg Villa

A residential villa project initiated with the development of a façade proposal for the client — establishing a clear architectural direction and demonstrating how the proposed villa could achieve a distinctive, refined exterior character before progressing to later design stages.

IRANZA DESIGNS developed the façade concept and architectural visualizations based on the client's expectations, exploring proportions, openings, balconies, architectural detailing, railings, material finishes, and landscape integration — establishing a strong symmetrical composition with large arched openings and layered architectural elements.

The façade adopts an elegant residential language inspired by classical proportions and contemporary execution. Arched openings form the primary architectural expression, complemented by layered cornices, decorative detailing, balconies, and dark metal railings. A restrained neutral palette provides a timeless base, while landscape elements soften the architectural mass.
