Mehraab

An architecture and design consultancy project envisioned as a destination home for a retired army officer and his family — a peaceful retreat prioritizing comfort, privacy, and a strong connection with the surrounding natural landscape.

The central design challenge was providing a comfortable, complete residential environment while deliberately limiting the built-up footprint and preserving a large proportion of the site as green open space. IRANZA DESIGNS focused on efficient spatial planning, compact accommodation, and a carefully considered relationship between built form and landscape.

Driven by the principle of "less built, more landscape," the design creates a compact residential footprint within an expansive green setting. The landscape becomes integral to the living experience — spaces for relaxation, family gatherings, and quiet retreat — with architecture remaining intimate and understated, letting Uttarakhand's natural character define the experience.
