The transformation of a 25-year-old eye hospital into a contemporary healthcare facility designed to reflect trust, efficiency, and modern medical excellence. Rather than constructing a new building, the project focused on revitalizing the existing structure through a complete façade redesign and carefully planned interior interventions — creating a renewed identity while preserving the original building framework.

As the architectural consultancy team, IRANZA DESIGNS reimagined the visual character of the hospital, improved its public presence, and developed design solutions supporting both patient comfort and operational functionality — from concept development and architectural visualization to material selection and on-site coordination.

Healthcare environments should inspire confidence before a patient even enters the building. The design embraces a clean contemporary architectural language, where simple geometric forms, natural light, and carefully balanced materials create an atmosphere of professionalism, clarity, and calm. The new façade establishes a strong architectural identity while improving visual openness and enhancing the hospital's presence within Varanasi's urban streetscape.
