A modern corporate workspace developed to accommodate a high-capacity operations team within a functional, efficient, collaborative environment. Executed in collaboration with M.I.S. Furniture & Decorators, with IRANZA DESIGNS serving as the Architectural Visualization and Design Consultancy team throughout the project lifecycle.

Involvement extended beyond photorealistic visualizations — the team worked closely with the contractor and client to refine material selections, coordinate design implementation, conduct site inspections, and ensure final execution stayed aligned with the approved design intent. The workspace integrates open-plan workstations, collaborative meeting spaces, cafeteria facilities, and service areas to support productivity, flexibility, and employee well-being.

The project successfully transformed the approved design vision into a fully executed corporate workspace balancing functionality with aesthetics, reflecting consistency between visualization and built reality.
