An architectural consultancy project focused on the planning and design of toilet facilities within an industrial factory environment — addressing the specific functional requirements of a high-use workplace where durability, hygiene, accessibility, ease of maintenance, and efficient spatial planning were key considerations.

IRANZA DESIGNS worked with the existing site requirements and operational conditions of the facility, considering the organization of individual facilities, circulation, sanitary fixture placement, ventilation, material selection, and service requirements. The project demonstrates thoughtful architectural planning even within highly functional, utilitarian spaces — treating user comfort, cleanliness, visual order, and long-term maintenance as integral to the solution, not an afterthought.
