LTD. following its incorporation in 2024, Chand Residence marked an important milestone in the firm's journey — more than a residential project, it became the foundation for establishing the studio's design process, strengthening collaboration with clients and contractors, and gaining experience across the full lifecycle of residential execution.

Working as interior architectural consultant, the team remained actively involved from design development through on-site implementation, ensuring the final outcome reflected both the client's aspirations and the original design intent — laying the foundation for the firm's collaborative design philosophy, execution standards, and commitment to functional, meaningful spaces.
